Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will act as in-house legal counsel to Abaxx Exchange and Clearing House (“Abaxx Exchange”), reporting directly to the General Counsel of Abaxx Exchange. He/she will be expected to focus on providing legal support on product development, commercial programs, delivery under contracts and spot precious metals platform development. The Legal Counsel will play an active role as part of a dynamic team in Singapore’s newest exchange and clearing house, and will be expected to contribute not only to the legal support function, but to provide strategic input and leadership as the company continues to grow exponentially to meet the needs of the energy transition market.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, able to think on their feet and find solutions in dynamic environment, and be detailed oriented and rigorous in their approach to work.
