Debt collection Contract law Supervise external service providers on a cost-benefit basis. Maintain relationships with external legal advisors, both locally and cross-border. Conduct legal research and develop frameworks; analyse local and international trends that could impact the business. Assess compliance with labour legislation, both locally and across borders. Drive business improvement initiatives related to ethics and corporate governance. Qualifications and Expertise Required Admitted attorney of the High Court. 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience. Substantial experience in corporate commercial matters. Knowledge of relevant legislation, including: Mining law Tax law In-depth knowledge of legal processes and procedures. Experience working in a contractual and procurement environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
