This is a genuine in-house Legal Counsel opportunity focused on the front end of the deal, the point where risk is allocated and value is won or lost. You'll review tenders and Head Contracts, negotiate directly with Principals, and shape the contractual foundations of some of Australia's most significant defence, marine, resources and infrastructure projects before a single weld is laid.
