As part of Modaxo's software family, Trapeze Software seeks an articulate and detail-oriented Legal Counsel. You will oversee contract managers, provide legal insight on public procurement, and negotiate various legal agreements. This remote role offers the flexibility to work anywhere in Canada while engaging in essential team activities and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer timely legal advice and risk management support
• Guide and mentor Contract Managers in their roles
• Evaluate contract proposals for compliance with policies
