• Corporate governance: maintain corporate books, powers of attorney, and official documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, employees, and partners.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with local and international regulations (data protection, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Handle government bids.
• Coordinate and manage disputes and legal matters with external law firms.
• Privacy / Digital Legal: support privacy policies, terms of use, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage intellectual property and licensing matters.
• Collaborate actively with internal areas (Sales, HR, IT, Marketing, ...
