Legal Counsel Media Rights

The team

As well as taking the lead in the preparation of all transaction-related documentation, the Legal team plays a crucial supporting role in developing commercial concepts, managing transactions and delivering contracted rights. Internally, the Legal team supports with aspects of contracts and compliance.

The role

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Supporting the Legal and Leadership teams across a range of media, broadcast and operational projects, including advising on the exploitation of media rights relating to UEFA Men's Club Competitions. 
• Negotiating, drafting and reviewing media rights agreements and other commercial rights-related legal documentation.
