Being in an ever-growing industry, they are on the hunt for a competent Legal Counsel to spearhead their legal team.Your New RoleAs part of the legal team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Providing comprehensive legal guidance to support the company’s corporate strategy and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Lead legal due diligence and contract negotiations for M&A and investment transactions.
  • Support the management team with strategic growth efforts.
  • Draft and counsel on business-related agreements.
  • Develop templates, policies, and best practices.
