Legal Counsel – Investment Fund Transactions

For a boutique international asset manager, we are seeking a mid-level legal counsel to advise on legal and compliance matters related to the group's daily business activities during a period of growth.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Head of Legal and team members to support daily tasks related to legal and compliance management of the group
• Advise on the development of solutions, reviewing offering documentation, contract negotiation, and regulatory issues impacting funds and investment vehicles domiciled in Luxembourg
• Manage corporate secretary duties relating to the asset management group's entities
• Liaise with outside counsel
