Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to act as a key legal advisor with international interfaces across commercial, industrial and R&D activities. You will deliver pragmatic, business-oriented legal support across a wide range of commercial, regulatory and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate tenders, commercial contracts and customer agreements.
Support customer negotiations and advise on contractual and commercial risk.
Review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including distribution, OEM, system integrator and services arrangements.
Develop, maintain and update contract templates and terms and conditions.
Provide pre-litigation support and manage claims and disputes.
Coordinate and oversee litigation, representing the organisation before courts, authorities and other bodies where required.
