As a vital member of our team, the Legal Counsel will lead contract negotiations, provide legal guidance on compliance and risk, and liaise with project managers and external counsel. You will simplify legal complexities for project teams and facilitate effective dispute resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Provide guidance on legal and contractual risks
• Advise on compliance with laws and obligations
• Conduct legal research on legislative developments
• Coordinate insurance policy renewals and claims management
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Law degree
• One year of legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting
