Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Parental Leave Cover

We are seeking a Legal Counsel for a fixed term position covering a parental leave until December 2027 in either Berlin or Helsinki.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with our General Counsel and across the business to keep Holvi compliant and protected. Your day‑to‑day will include tasks such as:

  • Managing the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for third‑party service agreements.
  • Owning customer‑facing terms and conditions.
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to Holvi’s business, especially in FinTech and payments.
  • Preparing legal assessments and guidance on new laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting legal research and supporting the development of new products and services.
