Legal Counsel - Fintech (Interim)

Immediate need for a Commercial Lawyer to join a growing financial services business in the Bath/Bristol area. Day rate contract, inside IR35, 3-6 months with potential to go permanent. Hybrid working, schedule flexible depending on contractor location.

Australian/NZ Lawyers with relevant experience in the FS/fintech sector also encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the Head of Legal you will hold a varied role covering:

• drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements
• company secretarial support, including attendance at Board meetings
• advising on data privacy matters
• supporting on corporate transactions and integrations
• instructing external counsel
