THE ROLE
We are seeking a Legal Counsel specialized in employment law to support an international technology group in Switzerland. The role focuses on providing day-to-day employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong emphasis on delivering practical guidance to HR and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will initially work on site during the first two weeks (approximately six days) to support onboarding and endorsement processes. Thereafter, the role can be performed remotely. Fluency in English is essential for this position.
