Job Description
- Provide legal advice and in-depth analyses on working time regulations (working schedules, overtime, part-time work, leave schemes)
- Translate legislation into clear frameworks, policies and operational guidelines
- Support HR stakeholders with pragmatic and business-oriented recommendations
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of internal regulations
- Monitor legal developments and anticipate their impact on the organisation
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving HR and legal topics
- Deliver trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Master's degree in Belgian Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employment/social law
- Strong interest or experience in working time regulations
- Experience in a social secretariat or advisory role is a strong asset
