In partnership with an international consulting firm, we are seeking a Legal Counsel for a global life sciences company. As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various clinical contracts. You will provide legal advice and work closely with senior management.
Key tasks/Responsibilities:
  • Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements for different phases of clinical development, including clinical trial agreements, contract research organization agreements, and other trial-related agreements
