Legal Counsel

We are seeking a pragmatic, business‑oriented In‑House Legal Counsel to support the continued growth and increasing complexity of our hospitality and wellness platform. The role will serve as a strategic legal partner to Finance, Operations, Development, and Executive Management, while providing legal support to Human Resources as needed. Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Corporate Law

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including management, vendor, licensing, partnership, branding, and technology contracts. Support corporate governance matters, subsidiary structuring, intercompany agreements, mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. Support leases, amendments, ground leases, development agreements and construction‑related contracts. Coordinate legal aspects of real estate transactions and financing structures with external counsel. Regulatory, Compliance & Risk Management
