Responsibilities

• Legal advice to the DCM Origination business in the establishment of new debt programmes for third parties and group companies, structuring and placement of standalone issuances (including high yield transactions), and drawdowns under debt programmes, as well as to the structured notes distribution business. Drafting and/or reviewing relevant legal documentation, including prospectuses, final terms/notes Ts&Cs, placement and dealer agreements, legal opinions, auditors’ letters, etc.
• Legal advice to traditional, synthetic securitisations, warehousing and lending services as structurer / placement agent or lender, as applicable. Drafting and/or reviewing relevant legal documentation including term sheets, prospectuses, escrituras,...
