THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for a global financial institution in Switzerland. The Legal Counsel will advise on legal matters relating to the launch of fund products across both traditional and alternative investment structures. Fluency in English is required for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the Front Office team on all legal and regulatory matters within the relevant business areas, including collective investment schemes, mandate solutions, and structured products, in both domestic and international contexts.
