Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and manage legal documents including contratcs, agreements, and corporate filings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support the legal team, including analyzing statues, regulations, and case law relevant to company's operation
  • Monitong and ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, regulatory requirements and internal procedures, providing guidance to other departements as needed
  • Identify potential legal risks and issues within the organization, advising management on strategies to mitigate the risks effectively

Requirements
  • Hold Bachelor or Master degree on Law Major
  • Min. Experience 3-5 years as Legal Supervisor or Assistant Manager
