Who are we looking for?
- 1 to 5 years’ PQE
- Experience advising on general corporate & commercial matters
- Experience advising on technology‑related legal matters
- Experience managing M&A transactions
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate & commercial agreements
- Commercially minded, able to hit the ground running and manage relationships at all business levels
- Available to commence at reasonable notice
- Hands‑on, initiative‑driven and can‑do approach
