The candidate will be responsible for providing legal, compliance, privacy and other regulatory support to Cigna Health Solutions India Pvt. Ltd , based in Bangalore (“Cigna BLR ”). This position requires in-office attendance in Bangalore and shall report to the Head of Legal & Compliance, International Health Delivery services (“IHDS ”).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day legal assistance to Cigna BLR, working closely with both the local and wider Cigna International Markets legal, compliance and privacy teams.
  • Co-ordinate with external counsel and monitor spend of allocated legal budget.
  • Advise business units on a broad range of legal, compliance and privacy matters, including identifying areas of risk and providing guidance to minimise compliance risks.
