Key Responsibilities
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients Conduct client follow-ups to ensure case progression Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other institutions Manage a high volume of personal injury cases with accuracy and attention to detail Organize and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance Schedule and follow up on physical therapy appointments Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Support internal teams to ensure cases move forward efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 1 year of legal experience (local experience is acceptable; no U.S. experience required) Currently studying law or related legal fields (schedule must not interfere with work hours) B2 English level or higher, with excellent written and spoken communication skills Sworn translation studies or experience are highly valued Strong organizational and multitasking...
