Job description :
It exists to ensure the effective and timely coordination of all key procedural events in PIP litigation cases. Its main task is to organize and confirm depositions, hearings, mediations, conference calls, and meetings between the attorney, clients, and opposing counsel, making sure that all parties are informed and that the legal calendar is kept up to date without conflicts or scheduling errors.
Responsibilities:
The procedure begins once the paralegal notifies the need to coordinate a legal event. The Scheduler must contact the opposing counsel at least three times to propose dates.
