We are seeking a Legal Avisor (Contract Law)  to join our team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate contracts (focus EU Institutions);
  • Draft and review consortium agreements and related documentation;
  • Support the commercial team in contractual negotiations;
  • Ensure legal compliance and risk management;
Knowledge and skills:
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken);
  • Solid understanding of contract law;
  • Solid understanding of competition/antitrust law;
