Legal Administrator

Location: Solihull

Salary: £12.71

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

We are seeking a motivated and organised Legal Administrator to join a thriving team based in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to fee earners and legal professionals.

Managing and updating client files and records.

Using case management systems to maintain accurate case information.

Preparing correspondence, documents, and reports.

Handling incoming calls, emails, and post.

Maintaining spreadsheets and assisting with data management.

Scheduling appointments and managing diaries where required.

Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Essential Requirements

A minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised university.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, and basic spreadsheet functions.
