Kennedys is looking to hire a Legal Administrator on the Casualty and Corporate team based in Sheffield.


The Kennedys Casualty & Corporate Team are based in multiple locations throughout the UK. The team advise clients in relation to a wide variety of claims.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Working from Service Desk

  • Telephone calls to Court, CRU and Chambers

  • Dealing with incoming proceedings to ensure Court deadlines are met and adhered to

  • Operate the Firm's quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures

  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information
  • Required Experience 

  • Previous experience in a professional services or partnership

  • Good level of IT literacy
