This role is a great fit for an experienced administrative professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced office environment. Prior legal office experience is not required, strong administrative skills are what matter most!


Key responsibilities:

+ Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff

+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

+ Prepare, format, and proofread documents and correspondence

+ Answer phones, manage emails, and handle professional client communication

+ Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
