The Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship (SME) Department at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota (Minnesota Carlson), seeks applicants to fill one full-time Professional and Administrative (P&A) Instructor position starting in Fall 2026.

This individual will start off teaching courses in Ethics & Sustainability and Business Communication. Potential additional courses to be added in the following year are Fundamentals in Management and Strategic Management. A full-time P&A Instructor covers courses accounting for 24 credits annually.

Successful applicants will be able to teach at both the undergraduate (e.g., BA) and graduate (e.g., MBA) student levels. They should also be able to demonstrate excellence in teaching at both levels, preferably through reference to past teaching experience at the University of Minnesota or another university.
