Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lecturer position specializing in Psychology, located in Lahore. The Lecturer will deliver high-quality lectures, develop and update curriculum, conduct research in the field of psychology, and provide academic support to students. Responsibilities also include fostering an engaging learning environment, mentoring students, and staying current on developments within the field.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate Psychology courses as assigned
Develop course outlines, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials
Engage in student mentoring, advising, and academic support
Conduct and publish research in recognized journals (as per institutional requirements)
Participate in curriculum development, academic reviews, and quality assurance processes
Supervise student research projects, theses, and internships
