Lecturer in Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Location: Salisbury

Salary: Up to £24,819 per year, plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £3,000 pro rata (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What You'll Do

  • Teach and assess learners across Plumbing & Heating programmes, including full‑time courses and apprenticeships.
  • Deliver engaging, practical sessions in workshop and classroom environments.
  • Support learners in developing industry‑standard skills, knowledge, and safe working practices.
  • Embed current industry practices, regulations, and sustainability principles into teaching.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professionalism.
  • Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
