Leasing Supervisor

The Leasing Supervisor will provide over-all support in improving and maximizing the tenant occupancy of the mall by managing all tenant contracts whether for awarding and/or renewal.

Job Description:

• Source, negotiate, and close deals with short-term tenants/exhibitors to meet revenue and net income targets through effective space promotion and leasing.
• Maintain positive tenant relations and ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Monitor tenant accounts and assess creditworthiness to minimize financial risks.
• Prepare and consolidate lease documents, ensure accurate system encoding, and maintain 100% compliance with reporting and policy standards.
• Participate in and support training initiatives and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance organizational talent.
