Role Description

This full-time, on-site Leasing Specialist role is based in Victoria, BC. The Leasing Specialist is responsible for responding promptly to leasing inquiries, scheduling and conducting property tours, and providing prospective residents with accurate information about suites, amenities, pricing, and policies. Day-to-day tasks include processing rental applications, verifying references and documentation, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring all leasing activities comply with relevant legislation and company standards. The role also involves coordinating move-ins and move-outs, maintaining accurate records in property management systems, and supporting marketing efforts such as online listings, signage, and open houses. The Leasing Specialist collaborates closely with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs, uphold property presentation standards, and contribute to high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
