Job Description

The Leasing Specialist will provide administrative support to ensure proper implementation of the systems, strategies, action plans, and controls required for overall leasing operations in order to develop loyal business partners for long-term business plans, achieve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue generation guided by the organization's protocols and regulatory requirements. He or she will prepare and manage documentation and reports for lease concepts meetings, tenant performance reviews, operations meetings, and special projects, while coordinating with other departments, managing budgets, and maintaining team calendars.


Prepare and manage documentation and reports for the following:


  • Admin support and leasing documentation, such as memos, award notices, and clearances
  • Lease concepts agenda
  • Sales analysis and rental study via BI and SAP
  • All malls which include expansion, redevelopmen...
