Job Summary

The Mall Leasing Specialist works on and assists in: completing and maintaining mall occupancy; ensuring relevance of the tenant mix of all developments; maintaining rental revenue within or above the approved rates; and establishing new networks and stronger relationships with commercial brands in retail.

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of a 4-year course (Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts)
  • With work background on retail/shopping center operations
  • Exposed to brands and trends in the market.
  • Understands shoppers’ behavior, needs, and wants.
  • Able to understand retail development and targeted market as well as in identifying gaps and opportunities.
