Job Summary

The Leasing Officer is responsible for managing and executing leasing activities for mall and commercial property portfolios. The role focuses on tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, space optimization, and tenant relationship management to ensure high occupancy rates, sustainable rental income, and alignment with the mall's overall tenant mix and business strategy.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in a Leasing Officer role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing transactions in a fast-paced environment.
