Leasing Officer

Kanda is seeking a highly organised and proactive Leasing Officer to join our team in Bundaberg or Brisbane on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in completing head lease and sub-lease tenancy requests across all states to support seamless service delivery in our NDIS Disability department. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help ensure property and asset requirements are managed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease & Bond Management: Complete head lease and sub-lease tenancy requests for all states, including preparation of leases and management of bonds.
