About The Role

Be part of our IOI Mall Kulai’s team as a Leasing & Marketing Manager , driving the mall’s tenant mix and retail experience. You’ll support lease negotiations, manage tenant relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leasing Management

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve the mall's occupancy and revenue targets.
• Source, negotiate, and secure suitable tenants to maintain a strong tenant mix.
• Manage the full leasing process, including prospecting, lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy documentation.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Monitor lease expiry dates and plan renewal or replacement strategies.
