About the Role

SM City Tarlac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mall Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations and drive tenant acquisition for one of Central Luzon’s premier retail destinations. This role is instrumental in shaping the mall’s commercial landscape, enhancing customer experience, and delivering strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue
• Identify and secure tenants aligned with the mall’s brand and target market
