SM City Tarlac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mall Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations and drive tenant acquisition for one of Central Luzon's premier retail destinations. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental revenue
Identify and secure tenants aligned with the mall's brand and target market
Negotiate lease terms and manage documentation, renewals, and amendments
Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retention
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform leasing decisions
