As a Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in driving leasing success while leading by example on the ground.

You will mainly be based in Kanata and combine a leasing advisor role with supervisory responsibilities.

As we grow, your role will expand across the Ottawa and Outaouais regions.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects, understand their needs, and present the project.
• Convert visits into signed leases.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact to signing.
• Achieve and exceed leasing targets.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads in the CRM.
