Job Summary

The Leasing Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for expansion and maintenance activities, including leasing documentation and pre‑construction requirements. The role ensures timely coordination with Finance, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate payment coordination between Finance, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage leasing documents and associated administrative requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure timely processing of advance payments, security deposits, construction bonds, and all essential pre‑construction requirements.
  • Maintain Excel trackers for payments, leasing, contractors, and maintenance activities.
