Leasing & Client Relations Specialist

KCC Malls is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Staff to join our expanding team in General Santos. You will support leasing operations, manage tenant inquiries, and help drive client acquisition with professional communications.

Responsibilities include preparing lease documents, conducting client scouting and negotiations, and building strong relationships with tenants, schools, and networks while ensuring excellent customer service. Willingness to travel for field work is required.
