Leasing Associate (Industrial)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Associate, to support leasing, condominium sales, and business development initiatives across an industrial and commercial real estate portfolio.

This role provides broad exposure to commercial leasing, industrial condominium sales, tenant and purchaser relations, external broker engagement, marketing coordination, and transaction execution. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and play an active role in driving occupancy, supporting revenue generation initiatives, and cultivating relationships with tenants, purchasers, external brokers and industry stakeholders.
