Leasing Assistant

We are looking for a Leasing Associate who is people-oriented, and driven to achieve results. The role involves assisting in the promotion and leasing of office spaces, engaging with clients across different levels, and using both traditional and digital marketing strategies to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Leasing Manager in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with potential tenants.
• Coordinate the preparation, renewal, and monitoring of lease contracts and related documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Promote and lease available office spaces through social media marketing, networking, and direct sales.
• Communicate and coordinate with potential and existing tenants, brokers, and business partners.
