The Leasing and Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the efficient daily operations of the mall and ensuring tenant satisfaction, while also driving leasing activities to maximize occupancy, rental revenues, and the overall tenant mix. This role bridges operational excellence with strategic leasing, ensuring that the mall delivers a seamless customer experience and remains competitive in the market.

A. LEASING

1. Tenant Mix & Planning

  • Leads in planning, reviewing, and implementing tenant mix to ensure market relevance and customer appeal.
  • Monitor leasing performance and reassess tenant zoning based on trends and customer feedback.
