About the Role

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to lease apartment suites, maintain high occupancy, support marketing initiatives, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries within 12 hours
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings
  • Assist with applications and qualification
  • Ensure accurate lease completion and communication
  • Monitor competitor rents and promotions

Requirements

  • 2+ years rental consulting or leasing experience
  • Proven sales and closing skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Reliable transportation and computer skills
