Responsibilities

• Report to the Controller and support multi-family property management, leasing and finance to ensure information flowing between teams is complete, accurate and ready for financial reporting.
• Manage lease administration, resident account administration, payment processing, rent roll reviews and month-end support.
• Serve as the quality control point for residential lease information to prevent errors from reaching finance and protect revenue streams.
