The Lease Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of lease strategies for the mall. He/she shall meet the target rental revenue through maximizing the mall's occupancy. He/she also leads the Lease Department of the assigned mall. He/she proposes the best tenant mix for the mall.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably, Business Administration or any equivalent course.
Candidate must have at least 5-7 years of mall leasing or sales background.
Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in Robinsons Magnolia, Quezon City.
