Overview

Department: Magnolia-Lease Management. Employee Type: Probationary. The Lease Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of lease strategies for the mall. He/she shall meet the target rental revenue through maximizing the mall's occupancy. He/she also leads the Lease Department of the assigned mall. He/she proposes the best tenant mix for the mall.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Lease Department of the assigned mall.
  • Propose the best tenant mix for the mall.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or an equivalent course.
  • 5-7 years of mall leasing or sales background.
  • Residing or willing to be assigned in Robinsons Magnolia, Quezon City.
