Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage lease documents and data in relevant systems.
Generate and review expenditure rent rolls, flagging variances.
Process funding requests, purchase orders, and landlord payment inquiries.
Maintain registers, perform reconciliations, and support year-end service charge reviews.
Assist with lease renewals and new site preparations.

2-3 years of experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable preferred).
